Like many artists will say, writing is a way to express themselves and their feelings. To me writing lyrics opens a door to a whole other world for me. It makes me feel as if there are no boundaries holding me back and I can say exactly how I feel without being judged. Growing up in a small town has given me many different memories and stories that I want to portray and tell the rest of the world about. Writing expresses who I, Tanya Sue Pollard, am and how I feel about things in life.
